WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF SHIRTS ONE CAN ORDER?
We will print as few as 24 shirts with a one or two color imprint. For images with three or more ink colors we require one dozen shirts for each ink color in a design.
WHAT ARE THE FACTORS INVOLVED IN DETERMINING THE PRICE OF PRINTING?
Quantity of shirts, number of print locations, numbers of ink colors in each print location (front, back, sleeve, etc).
HOW MANY INK COLORS CAN BE PRINTED ON A SHIRT?
Nine colors on white shirts and eight colors on dark shirts.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD SIZE FOR LEFT CHEST AND FULL SIZE IMPRINTS?
Standard left chest print areas are 3 ½” X 3 ½” and full size designs are no more than 14” X 14” for adult shirts. Ladies and youth shirts may require smaller image size. Remember the smallest shirt size dictates the image size. Graphic size is approved by customer before production.
Large print areas are available at additional cost.
DOES BLACK INK COUNT AS A COLOR?
Yes
DO YOU MATCH PANTONE COLORS?
Yes. Although Pantone colors were created for paper prints we are very good at matching on most fabric colors.
CAN I COMBINE DIFFERENT STYLE GARMENTS FOR MY ORDER?
Yes you may combine style garments so long as we can print the project without making adjustments at press.
WHAT IS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE TEE-SHIRT?
A white shirt with one color imprint in one location.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
We will embroider a minimum of 24 pieces.
WHAT IS THE SMALLEST SIZE I CAN EMBROIDER MY LOGO?
All fonts must be no smaller than 5mm.
CAN I SEE A PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE?
Yes. We will e-mail a picture of the stitch out or snail mail a swatch of fabric with your logo.
WHAT IS TURN AROUND TIME ON MY ORDER?
No longer than 9 days from time you approve your lay out proof your order will ship.
CAN I RECEIVE A BLANK SAMPLE OF PRODUCT BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER?
Yes. We will ship a sample of any item in our catalog. We simply ask you pay for the blank garment cost and freight. When you place your production order with us we credit you for sample freight cost.
